Receive personalized in-home nursing support led by a Master’s-educated RN. This unique nursing model offers you high-level clinical expertise and peace of mind.
Two streams of support available: Options 1-3 Education/Support. Option 4-5 RN Care
Option 1
Soft Landing Home Visit
Clarity and Confidence.
A single dedicated home visit within 24-48 hours of consultation. Designed to ease anxiety and uncertainty. Guidance and education with everyday newborn care (feeding, diapering, bathing and sleep), Post surgical care (comfort, wound care, infection, follow-up) or Complex Medical Needs (review of diagnosis, equipment, medication and Health Care Team).
Option 4
The Newborn Care Package
4 hours of Nursing Care.
For newborns to 6 months old. Rest and relax knowing your baby is in expert hands. Can be booked day or night, in whatever time frame you feel you need the most support. Baby will be cared for within your specific instructions and a detailed report will be generated to keep on record.
Option 2
The Homecoming Package
Intentional and Scheduled.
Designed for the first week home. The Homecoming Package is a high-touch, in-home service on Days 1, 3 and 6 to provide stability during this transition. We ensure high-level clinical oversight to support you and your child as you root yourself back home. Nursing assessments, weights, and a comprehensive report will be generated for you and your Health Care Provider.
Option 3
The Stability Package
Long Term Clinical Oversight
This monthly package includes weekly virtual or in-home check ins, nursing assessments, and progress reports for your Health Care Team. As your child grows, their needs will evolve. The Stability Package provides ongoing, consistent access to a Master’s-educated RN, that bridges the gap between medical appointments.
Option 5
The Child Care Package
4 hours of Nursing Care.
Ages 6 months and up. Families may use this personal time for anything they wish. Rest, run errands, or have a date night! Every family who has a child with special needs, deserve qualified and compassionate nursing care at home. A detailed report will be generated to keep on record.

"Our son was born 6 weeks early via emergency C-section and diagnosed with Down syndrome at birth. He was rushed into the NICU.
For the following 18 days, we were welcomed and supported by the wonderful staff at our hospital. Ashley was one of these nurses. Our daughter was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and an AVSD heart defect at birth which required her to be hospitalized in the N.I.C.U. for her first 8 weeks of life.
During this medically complex time, she was in the care of many caring nurses and doctors, but one stood out and brought us immense care, knowledge and comfort, and that was Ashley, who we nicknamed our nurse ‘Angel’. Her care, compassion, dedication and selflessness is unmeasurable with all her patients.
